Mainland Visas for UAE Residents

As a private company in the UAE, it’s essential to ensure your employees have the correct employment entry permits and residence visas. Our team can help you navigate the process, ensuring your company remains compliant and your employees can work and reside legally in the UAE.

If you’re a free zone registered company, your employment visa will be valid for three years, and for onshore registered companies, the visa will be valid for two years. As the employer, it’s your responsibility to arrange all travel arrangements, including the necessary ‘okay to board’ for some airlines.

For family members who wish to reside in the UAE, you can sponsor their residence visa, but your monthly salary should not be less than AED 4,000 (or AED 3,000 plus accommodation). If you wish to sponsor your parents’ residence visa, your minimum monthly salary should be AED 20,000 (or AED 19,000 plus a two-bedroom accommodation).

To apply for a residence visa for your family members, you’ll need to submit a typed application form, salary certificate or attested work contract, and three months of the most recent bank statement. New residents may submit the most recent month, but you must have a bank letter confirming salary transfer.

You’ll also need an attested tenancy contract, Emirates ID card, and labor card, along with a marriage certificate attested by UAE authorities (for UAE marriages) or in your home country for spouse sponsorship. Medical check-up reports are also required for spouses or children over 15 years old, along with three passport photos per family member.

Please note that for your family member’s residence visa to remain valid, they must not be out of the UAE for more than six months. In the case where a Muslim expatriate has married more than one wife, he can only obtain one residence visa. Let us handle your family and employee visa needs, so you can focus on your business.
